Rico Graupner, born 1976 in Karl-Marx-Stadt, currently Ph. D. student, lives and works in Weimar. He studied Fine Art with a special focus on acoustic art and algorithmic composition at the Bauhaus University Weimar. His main interest lies in the investigation of the perception of sound and the exploration of possible relationships between biological systems and sound composition.
